NFT (Non-Fungible Token) is a token where each one is unique. It can serve as proof of ownership for things like digital art, collectibles, tickets, certificates, game items, and membership passes.

Don't always assume an NFT means "the image is stored on the blockchain." Usually, the token record lives on the blockchain, while the actual image/metadata lives in off-chain storage or a system like IPFS.
