A public key/wallet address can be used to receive funds. A private key is the secret key used to sign transactions. A seed phrase is the recovery words used to restore a wallet, and it matters to you as a user even more than the private key does.
Wallet Address
The address you can share with others so they can send you funds. Make sure the network is correct.
Private Key
The secret key that controls your wallet. Never give this to anyone.
Seed Phrase
The master phrase for wallet recovery. Don't store it as a screenshot or in a cloud note.
Digital Signature
Cryptographic proof that you agreed to a transaction, without ever exposing your private key.
⚠️ Safety Note
Never enter your seed phrase into a website, chat, support account, Google Form, Telegram bot, screenshot, or cloud note. Legitimate support teams never ask for your seed phrase.
Whoever gets hold of your private key/seed phrase can take control of your wallet. Always remember there's no "password reset" here.
