Mini Project — Part 2: Assembly နဲ့ First Boot

ခဏလေး ဒီလိုပဲ စဉ်းစားကြည့်

Part 1 ကနေဆက်ပါတယ် — parts list အားလုံးပြင်ပြီးသားမို့ အခု Tools, Assembly, First Boot chapter တွေက steps တွေကို အစဉ်လိုက်လုပ်ရပါမယ်။ Assembly ဆိုတာ ခြေလှမ်းစဉ်အတိုင်း လုပ်ရင် simple ပါ — အလျင်စလိုမလုပ်ဘဲ component တစ်ခုချင်း ဂရုတစိုက်တပ်ရင် ပြဿနာနည်းပါတယ်။ ဒီအဆင့်ရဲ့ ရည်ရွယ်ချက်က PC တစ်လုံးကို physically ပြီးအောင်တည်ဆောက်ပြီး POST screen ရောက်အောင် first boot အောင်မြင်ဖို့ပါ။ Part 3 မှာ OS install နဲ့ driver/software setup ဆက်လုပ်ပါမယ်။

လက်တွေ့ ဆောက်ကြည့်မယ်

Anti-static အတွက် metal case touch လုပ်ပြီး, Motherboard ကို box ပေါ်တင်ကာ CPU ကို socket mark ကိုက်အောင်တပ်ပါ။ CPU cooler (stock cooler) ကို thermal paste pea-size နဲ့ တပ်ပါ။ RAM 2 ချောင်းကို A2/B2 slot ထဲ click သံကြားအောင်ဖိထည့်ပါ။ M.2 SSD ကို slot ထဲထည့်ပြီး screw ချုပ်ပါ။ Motherboard ကို case ထဲ standoff အပေါ်တင်ပြီး screw အားလုံးတင်းပါ။ PSU ကို case ထဲထည့်ပြီး 24-pin, CPU 8-pin, case fan/front panel cable တွေချိတ်ပါ။ Monitor ကို motherboard iGPU port ထဲ ချိတ်ပြီး power ဖွင့်ကာ POST screen ပေါ်မပေါ် စစ်ပါ — beep sound (သို့) motherboard debug LED ကို ကြည့်ပါ။

• CPU, Cooler, RAM, M.2 SSD အားလုံး motherboard ပေါ်တပ်ပြီးပြီ
• Motherboard ကို case ထဲ screw အပြည့်တင်ပြီး cable (24-pin, 8-pin, front panel) ချိတ်ပြီးပြီ
• Power ဖွင့်ပြီး POST screen/debug LED ကို အောင်မြင်စွာ စစ်ဆေးပြီးပြီ

ASSEMBLY ORDER (Part 2)

1. Anti-static: touch case metal frame first
2. CPU        -> socket triangle mark align, no force
3. Cooler      -> pea-size thermal paste, diagonal screw pattern
4. RAM         -> A2/B2 slots, push until click
5. M.2 SSD     -> insert at angle, press down, screw
6. Motherboard -> lower onto case standoffs, screw all corners
7. PSU         -> mount, route cables
8. Cabling     -> 24-pin, CPU 8-pin, front panel (Power SW/Reset/LED)
9. Power ON    -> watch for POST screen / debug LED / beep code

Case fan/CPU fan တွေ light up ပြီး monitor ပေါ်မှာ motherboard logo (POST screen) ပေါ်လာကာ BIOS ဝင်နိုင်တဲ့ အခြေအနေရောက်မယ်။
